HOTEL IBEROSTAR COSTA DORADA

Location:
Located directly on the long, sandy beach of Costa Dorada. Approx. 5 minutes' drive from Puerto Plata, approx. 3 minutes from Playa Dorada. Transfer time from Puerto Plata airport around 30 minutes.

Facilities:
Spaciously-designed colonial-style complex. The hotel has 498 rooms and 18 Junior Suites in nine 3-storey buildings. Elegant atmosphere. Open-plan lobby with seating areas and bar, main restaurant for buffets (show cooking in the evening), 3 specialities restaurants, 1 restaurant near the beach and 4 bars.
Other facilities: shops, boutiques and discotheque. In the extensive tropical gardens there is a pool area with separate children's pool and terrace. Sun loungers, parasols and towels by the pool and on the beach included.

Accommodation:
Stylishly-fitted rooms or Junior Suites. All with 2 single beds or 1 king size bed, bath, shower, WC, air conditioning, ceiling fan, telephone, cable TV and mini-bar. Safety deposit box hire approx. US$ 2,- per day. Balcony or terrace. The spacious Junior Suites also include a cosy seating area and sea view.

All-inclusive:
Full board. Varied buffets in the main restaurant, with show cooking for lunch and dinner, midday snacks in the beach restaurant.
Dinner once a week in the specialities' restaurants (reservation required). Snacks. All locally produced drinks and a selection of international drinks (24-hour bar service). Mineral water, soft drinks and beer from the mini-bar. (No alcoholic drinks will be served from 02:00 to 09:00 hrs.) Sports included: aerobics, exercises, water polo, table tennis, archery, tennis court (flood light approx. US$ 3 per hour), fitness room, Turkish bath, 1 hour per person and day of the following activities (subject to availability): windsurfing, kayaks and sailing. Merengue lesson, entertainment throughout the day and in the evening with sports competitions, shows, dance evenings with live music.
Free entry into the discotheque. Mini-Club (ages 4-12) 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Extra charge for: PADI diving centre in the hotel. Massage.

18-hole golf course in Playa Dorada (approx. 2 kms. away).
